The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established 24-hour practice in Horsham. This role offers a flexible 7 on, 14 off rota, allowing you to maintain a steady work-life balance while developing your skills in a supportive environment.
You’ll be part of a passionate team in a clinic equipped with digital radiography, dental radiography, multiparameter anaesthetic monitors, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, CT, and two theatres. The practice is known for its exceptional care and supportive environment, with a dedicated team of vets and nurses.

As a Night Veterinary Surgeon, you will:
- Deliver high-quality clinical care during consultations and procedures
- Provide compassionate care and clear updates to clients
- Prepare treatment plans with cost estimates
- Mentor and support your team, enhancing their skills
- Ensure smooth handovers and arrange transfers for patients needing enhanced care
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
- At least 2 years of in-practice experience (OOH experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
