About:

We are pleased to represent a well established veterinary medical facility in Cork with clinics in 5 different locations throughout cork! With over 75 years in business they have mastered providing the highest quality care to their clients, treating a range of species both Small & Large.

The Role:

  • We are looking for a Mixed Vet with ideally a preference to Large Animals to join this amazing team of Vets. Primarily farm animal(mainly dairy) with the opportunity to develop companion animal competencies.

  • This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive team in a dairy intensive region. The dedicated farm animal hospital is an excellent facility where colleagues collaborate on cases and help develop their surgical skills.

  • Excellent OOH rota with days off in springtime for nights worked first on call. Separate companion and farm animal OOH rota, which is equally shared amongst 20+ vets.

  • This will be a Full Time position ideally, with a certain degree of flexibility for the right candidate.

The Ideal Applicant:

  • You must be VCI registered or meet the requirements to do so. (To read more about this check out our Blog)

  • The ideal applicant would have some experience in either Small Animal or Farm, but we would also consider a new or recent graduate vet.

  • You must have good communicational skills and be a team player.
