​Are you a New Graduate or Experienced Mixed Animal Veterinarian, wanting to live the Australian lifestyle working in a beautiful part of Western Australia half way between Perth and Bunbury? This is your chance!

This is a clinic that will offer everything you are looking - a supportive & friendly team, a varied and interesting caseload, sufficient time in consultation and a great work-life balance!

Your workload will consist of predominantly small animals (80%) with some large animal work (16%), and exotics, wildlife and avian (4%).

You will learn from the experienced Nurses by your side and the Head Veterinarian who has 30 years of experience.

The clinic is just finished with its refurbishment, so you can ensure you will have access to all the facilities and equipment you need.

The following equipment is available to help you make a diagnosis and manage cases: IDEXX in-house labs; Procyte CBC, Catalyst, Snap Pro & Dx Sedivue & UA, Coag Dx clotting; human-hospital grade anaesthetic machines with end tidal agent monitoring, capnography and ventilators, electrocautery, endoscopes, video otoscope, tonometry, ophthalmoscope, digital X-ray, dental X-ray, vet tome, ultrasound (Esaote), cattle ultrasound, orthopaedic set up, gram stain, clinic library and more toys always coming.

What's on Offer:

  • Salary from $80K-$160K

  • Generous CPD allowance

  • 4-day work week

  • 1-in-3 Saturdays (HALF Day)

  • NO after-hours

  • NO public holiday

  • 15 to 45-minute consultations (case dependent, most consults are 30 minutes)

  • Minimal late finishes

  • 1 week paid Continuing Education leave.

About You:

  • Ideally 2 years of experience, new graduates welcome to apply.

  • Eligible for registration with WA Veterinary Board

  • Eager to pursue continued education

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Cattle experience highly advantageous but not essential
