Candidates must possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree, a state veterinary board license in good standing for the state of hire, and an active DEA license or eligibility for DEA licensure.

Operating Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
