As the Medical Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing the medical care provided, supporting and mentoring veterinary staff, and ensuring that the clinic operates efficiently while upholding the highest standards of veterinary medicine.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance to the veterinary team, including managing staff performance and conducting regular meetings

Ensure compliance with medical protocols, regulations, and best practices

Collaborate on business strategy and practice growth

Foster a culture of excellent patient care, client service, and teamwork
Qualifications:

DVM/VMD or equivalent from an accredited veterinary school

Licensure in good standing to practice in the relevant state

5+ years of experience in veterinary medicine, with leadership experience preferred

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
-
Passion for mentoring and supporting veterinary staff
