The Role:
We are seeking someone with at least three years' experience with the desire grow and develop a practice with excellent potential. You will be leading a well established clinic and will play a crucial part within the team, developing the clinics culture and becoming a-part of the local community.
The Ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a good all-rounder and an excellent diagnostician.
Must be RCVS Registered and have previous UK experience or equivalent.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with exceptional written and spoken English language skills.
You must demonstrate initiative and leadership skill.
About the Practice:
This practice is finished to a high standard, equipped with three consult rooms, two theatres, digital x-ray, in-house lab, kennels, prep room, spacious, dedicated staff room
The practice feeds into a well-established hospital, where all out-of-hour care will be managed by our dedicated night team.
They have an excellent support structure in place and we take pride in their collaborative approach; you will have the opportunity to visit different practices within the group, calling upon our experienced vets for advice - also have monthly meetings where you can get to know the other vets within group and discuss clinical matters.
Benefits:
We actively encourage and support further development, such as certificates. The practice would offer a salary package up to £70.000 for the right candidate, also RCVS, VDS and BVA fees covered. Amongst these benefits they also offer enhanced maternity/ paternity pay , 5 weeks holiday, 4 weeks paid sabbatical after each 5 years of continuous service and so much more.....
