​Are you an experienced Small Animal Vet looking for step into leadership? We have a great opportunity for an experienced vet to take on a rewarding challenge of leading one of the clinics of a well established multi branch group.

The Bolton site has tremendous potential, and you would be needed to help unlock this, whilst focussing on outstanding care for the team, clients, and their pets.

The Veterinary Group are a highly rated, longstanding small animal practice located over 3 sites across Manchester. And pride themselves on offering the very best options available for our patients, supported by a very well-developed 24-hour Emergency Hospital in Bury, a Market town in Greater Manchester.

The Role:

This is a sole charge role which needs an experienced, confident Veterinary Surgeon who would enjoy running the Surgery on their own 4 days a week 9am-6pm. Accompanied by their dedicated team of vets, vet nurses and receptionists, all of whom are pet owners themselves and understand your pet is more than just an animal.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • It is expected that you will demonstrate talent and skill as a Vet by building and growing your own practice.

  • You will need to be confident in all aspects of general-purpose surgery and consulting. You would receive client and patient continuity by working at a branch surgery, this creates a stronger bond between you and the clients.

  • Excellent communication, compassion, empathy, inspiring, organised, positive, reliable, supportive, and a team player are some of the personal attributes we look for in our candidates.
