We at Lloyd & Cowan are pleased to be working with a practice who want you to lead their amazing team of Vets in Bristol!

The Role:
The role is small animal work in a busy, city practice with freedom to work up cases to a high level whilst. Find a close-knit, highly experienced, caring and supportive team. They are based over two sites; Bishopsworth which is consulting only and their main site in Knowle where all the procedures occur.  Case responsibility is a priority and within the Vet team, they have exceptional clinicians who thoroughly enjoy being a Vet!  
Their clients are friendly with a high percentage of them insured.  Alongside the clinical work the additional responsibilities would include leading the team of Vets, making clinical decisions, writing rotas and working within the management team.

Rota:
The role would ideally be a full-time position consisting of a 40-hour week split over 4 or 5 weekdays with no out of hours. There would be minimal weekend responsibilities to cover annual leave and sickness.  There is some flexibility to have Fridays off every week.
They are also keen to support relocation for the right candidate, they can offer a relocation allowance of up to £5000, as well as advice and knowledge on the local area.

The practice:
Their team consists of 5 Vets, a Head Nurse who leads the team of 4 RVNS, 2 ANAs and one trainee nurse, a Head Receptionist in charge of their 4 receptionists as well as a Practice Director.  There is allocated time each week for administrative duties for these additional responsibilities.
