Role Overview:

  • Lead the practice team to deliver outstanding clinical care to all patients.
  • Provide clear and compassionate communication with clients, ensuring their pets receive the best treatment.
  • Oversee the smooth running of the practice, working closely with the Practice Manager to drive performance and meet objectives.
  • Mentor and develop team members, helping to foster a supportive and educational environment.
  • Ensure the practice maintains high standards of care, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the team in implementing best practices and clinical excellence.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a team
  • A passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care
  • Experience in clinical practice management and performance improvement
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills
