We are working with well-established and newly refurbished clinic in South London for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join its growing team and help shape the future of exceptional patient care.

The Role

As the Lead Vet, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the clinical direction of the practice while working in a supportive environment alongside an experienced Head Nurse and a growing team. With a bright, modern facility featuring spacious consultation rooms, a theatre, and a prep room, you’ll have all the tools you need to deliver outstanding care.

  • Salary: £60,000-£75,000
  • Location: South London, close to Sandilands Tram and East Croydon Station
  • Hours: Full-time, with an emphasis on work-life balance

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
  • Leadership: Demonstrated clinical leadership and mentoring skills
  • Experience: Strong background in delivering exceptional patient and client care
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to foster a collaborative, supportive environment
  • Commercial Awareness: Understanding of how to drive clinical and financial performance
