The Role
- Lead, mentor, and support a clinical team to drive high standards
- Deliver excellent care across consultations, medicine, and surgery
- Oversee clinical governance and ensure compliance with regulations

About You
- 3+ years’ experience in small animal practice
- Confident in both medicine and surgery
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach
- Motivated, proactive, and committed to high-quality care
