I’m currently supporting an opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to step into a Lead Vet position at a well-established, well-equipped small animal practice. This role offers the chance to guide a committed clinical team, shape clinical standards, and build meaningful, long-term relationships with a loyal client base.
As Lead Vet, you’ll take an active role in setting the clinical direction, ensuring high standards of patient care and client communication. You’ll support and mentor the veterinary and nursing team, encourage clinical development, and help foster a positive, progressive culture. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you’ll remain hands-on with both consults and surgeries, allowing you to maintain and develop your own clinical interests. This is a role where your influence genuinely shapes the day-to-day environment and long-term success of the practice.
