Lead Veterinary Surgeon
I’m working with a fantastic, modern veterinary practice that’s looking for an experienced and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to step into a leadership role. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident vet who’s ready to guide a talented team, shape clinical standards, and make a genuine impact every day.
As Lead Vet, you’ll have clinical autonomy and the support of an experienced nursing team and practice manager, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding patient care. You’ll play a key role in mentoring colleagues, driving best practice, and promoting a positive, progressive culture across medicine, surgery, and diagnostics.
This role would suit an RCVS-registered vet with proven leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for team development and clinical excellence.
