About the Role:
Join a thriving 2-3 vet mixed animal practice
Collaborate closely with the Clinic Coordinator and the Business Team to oversee daily clinic operations.
You will play a pivotal role in managing, training, and supervising veterinary associates, graduates, and nursing staff, while also delivering veterinary services adhering to high standards of care.
The role primarily focuses on large animal care, encompassing thoroughbred breeding and training, equine pleasure and performance, as well as beef, dairy, and hobby farms.
Each day presents a diverse array of cases, with clients supportive of comprehensive workups and treatments.
About You:
5+ years of veterinary experience
Eligible for registration in Australia
Possess and demonstrate mentoring and management skills
Strong leadership skills, eager to lead a team and oversee clinic operations.
