Permanent Full Time – 40 hours a week

They’re looking for a dairy veterinarian who is ready to take a key leadership role in their business at both a clinic and regional level and be part of shaping their journey to deliver exceptional outcomes to their dairy clientele and support the growth and development of their wider South Island dairy services team.
The Position:
They are seeking a highly skilled Vet looking for an exciting challenge to lead their team and make your mark in their business.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading their clinic’s vets and technicians in their development, recruitment, and performance management.
Developing their people and dairy business and finding new possibilities for delivering value to their clients.
Promote animal and farm management consultancy level vet services.
Integrate with the Clinic and Companion Animal Leadership.
