About the role
You’ll be the driving force behind clinical excellence, team development, and exceptional client care. This role is a blend of hands-on veterinary work and leadership – leading by example, influencing change, and ensuring both pets and people get the very best. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the service, backed by the wider support of a large veterinary group.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the vet team, fostering a reflective, no-blame culture
- Deliver outstanding first opinion medicine and surgery, with a focus on preventive and diagnostic care
- Conduct clinical audits, resolve incidents, and implement improvements
- Build client relationships through clear, compassionate communication
- Collaborate with leadership to grow and improve services
- Monitor KPIs to maximise both clinical outcomes and commercial performance
