Head Veterinary Nurse - Salary up to £34,000

Our client is a well-established 100% small animal practice located in Edinburgh. This nurse-training practice boasts state-of-the-art facilities and have a reputation for excellence within the community. They are fully equipped with digital radiography, including dental, flexible endoscopy, laboratory services, an in-house physiotherapy service and much more.
The role:
As Head RVN, you will play a pivotal role in both clinical and management duties, ensuring the highest standard of care for patients while fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment. Key responsibilities include setting nurse rotas, conducting regular appraisals, facilitating nurse training, and managing customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

No Out-of-Hour requirements.
1 in 4 Saturday morning rota

The salary for this position is up to £34,000
