Located in South-East Melbourne, Australia you will be joining a vibrant and dynamic team.
As the Head Veterinary Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Practice Manager and Head Veterinarian, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.
The Role:
Provide guidance and training to nursing staff.
Maintain high standards of patient care.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Ensure adherence to clinic policies and procedures.
About You:
Certified IV with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience.
Sound knowledge of surgical procedures.
Possession of excellent fear-free animal handling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable, collaborative, and capable of leading and motivating a dynamic team.
