This new, purpose-built hospital has been designed to deliver exceptional patient care, and you’ll have a central role in building a cohesive, motivated, and skilled nursing team.
What This Role Looks Like
As Head Veterinary Nurse, you will:

Take the lead in establishing and maintaining clinical protocols

Support, guide, and mentor junior nursing staff

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, consistent workflow

Champion excellent nursing standards across inpatient care, surgery, diagnostics, and client communication

Help foster a warm, supportive environment for clients and their pets
-
Work collaboratively with the wider veterinary team to deliver five-star care
-
Contribute to training initiatives and encourage continuous improvement
