This practice has recently moved into their new state-of-the -art veterinary hospital and now have a position for a head nurse to join their fantastic team.
They operate to a very high standard of veterinary medicine. The newly refurbished hospital has 4 consult rooms, 2 theatres, separate dog and cat wards and all the latest diagnostics such as an Imagyst machine, blood machines, DR Xrays, dental Xrays, ultrasound and more.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience working in small animal practice and will be highly motivated, hard-working, and a team player.
You will work in a variety of roles including nurse consultations, inpatient care, and theatre work.
Further duties include:
Rotas /ordering / monitoring budgets / leading your team / nursing duties / ensuring the overall running of the clinic is smooth / conducting team meetings / liaising with area manager on the clinic needs
They are proud to support their staff with a comprehensive CPD program and welcome and encourage any interest in further education.
They do not have any out of hours service during the week or weekends.
Salary up to €42k and will be discussed at the interview stage. Also on offer is a range of employee benefits such as health care plans and gym membership
