We at Lloyd & Cowan are thrilled to be working with a practice who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) looking to lead and develop a branch.
About Us:
Located on the outskirts of Sheffield, they are a dedicated team of 5 RVNs, 3 SVNs, and 2 PCAs across both branches. They actively support and encourage professional development with funded CPD and certificates, and their team is passionate about expanding their expertise, with nurses pursuing specialties in behaviour, exotics, physiotherapy, and feline nursing, while their vets work on ophthalmology, surgery, and dermatology certifications.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to split your time. The role will be a 50/50 split between leadership and hands-on nursing.
40 hours per week with a share of Saturday mornings, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30 to 7:00pm with 30-minute lunch. (Day off Thursday)
Contract: 12 months Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
About You:
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, team player, self-motivated, and confident in all aspects of small animal nursing. A positive attitude and a desire to drive growth and standards within the practice are essential.

Up to £32k DOE
