About the Role: They are currently seeking a new graduate veterinary surgeon to be part of their esteemed 2-year new graduate programme. Throughout this journey, you will receive valuable guidance and support through weekly meetings. This is a full-time position operating on a 40-hour per week rota basis with no out-of-hours commitments.
About Us: You will be collaborating with the Partners, accompanied by a friendly team consisting of 5 Vets, 4 Nurses, two student nurses, and 2 Animal Care Assistants. Their practice boasts free onsite parking, easy access to the M1, and proximity to train stations and airports. With a high caseload of exotics, they are a modern and spacious small animal practice, equipped with cutting-edge facilities including digital X-ray, in-house laboratory, ultrasound, and multi-parameter capabilities.
What They Offer:
Equitable sharing of the bank holiday rota (3/4 per year).
New graduates start with a competitive salary of £31,000, subject to annual review.
Salary for experienced veterinarians is experience-dependent and discussed during interviews.
Generous annual holiday entitlement of 4.6 weeks, increasing to 5.6 weeks after 2 years of service, including your birthday off.
A £1,500 CPD allowance, actively encouraged to promote your growth.
Payment of RCVS/VDS fees.
A void of sole charge or out-of-hours duties.

On-site exotic equipment and a veterinarian currently pursuing an Exotic Certificate.
