Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the practice manager and leadership team to develop strategies and implement improvements that enhance patient and client care.
- Lead, mentor, and support veterinarians at your hospital to achieve medical excellence and improve patient outcomes.

- Support staff development through continuous education and training, ensuring the hospital remains at the forefront of veterinary medicine.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.
- State Veterinary Board License in good standing for New York, prior to start date.
- Active DEA license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Proven track record in veterinary medicine, with a passion for mentoring and providing high-quality care.

Compensation
Negotiable based on experience, with an annual PROSAL full-time range starting at $140,000/year.
