About:

We are pleased to be representing a lovely practice based on the beautiful island of Anglesey, and covering part of Gwynedd - the most beautiful places to live with sea, sand, and mountains! As well as a boastful area thi practice is made up of a experienced, enthusiastic team of vets, veterinary nurses and support staff, many of whom have specialist skills and knowledge in areas of animal health.

They are a mixed veterinary practice, treating all small animals, farm animals and Horses with an aim to provide the best possible healthcare in a friendly and supportive environment. The practice has an equine building with stocks, JMB measuring pad and equipment.

The Role:

  • We are looking for an experienced Equine Vet who can provide a high standard of care to the practices' patients and clients. This position has become available due to upcoming retirement of one of the Equine Vet team. They are an expanding team.

  • Ideally this will be a Full Time role, with some flexibility to hours and days for the right candidate. We would consider Full- or Part-time.

  • The practice covers its own OOH, and at present has 3 Vets on-call, giving a favourable on call rota when the 4th vet joins.

  • You will be supported by our talented and committed team of Vets, nurses, and support staff.

  • Must be RCVS registered or meet the requirement's to do so.
