​Are you a skilled Equine Veterinarian seeking an opportunity to work in a progressive practice that values work-life balance and career development?

Located in the beautiful Southland, New Zealand, you will be in an ideal, coastal location whilst working in a leading practice doing what you love!

This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including equine surgeries, attendance at race meetings, and breeding work during the breeding season.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the practice and further develop their equine surgical skills.

About You:

  • Eligible for registration in New Zealand.

  • Experience in performing equine surgeries is preferred.

  • Willingness to learn and contribute to all aspects of the practice.

  • Specialisation in equine surgery is advantageous but not essential.
