Here, you’ll work alongside specialists in critical care, internal medicine, neurology, dermatology, oncology, ophthalmology, surgery, and more. For those eager to broaden their skill set—especially surgically—you’ll have access to direct, hands-on support from board-certified surgeons. Structured mentorship is also available if you're earlier in your ER career.

What You’ll Need
