A busy 24-hour emergency and specialty hospital in Los Angeles is looking for a full-time Emergency Veterinarian to join its experienced team at ACCESS (Advanced Critical Care and Emergency Specialty Service) Los Angeles, part of the wider Thrive Pet Healthcare community.
This is a fast-paced role suited to a vet who enjoys managing urgent and complex cases while working collaboratively with specialists, technicians, and support staff.
The Role
You’ll provide immediate care for emergency presentations, oversee hospitalised patients, perform emergency procedures and surgery, and lead clinical decision-making in a high-acuity environment.
Requirements

DVM / VMD (or equivalent)

Eligible for California veterinary licensure and DEA registration

Emergency experience or internship strongly preferred

Confident with triage, diagnostics, and critical care management
