What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead by example – set and maintain clinical standards across the team.
Mentor and support your colleagues, fostering collaboration and growth.

About You:
Minimum 7 years’ small-animal experience across medicine, surgery and dentistry.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for mentoring others.
A positive, community-minded approach and commitment to high-quality care.
Eligible for Australian Veterinary Registration.
