Clinical Director- Up to £95k & Relocation Allowance 

We are delighted to be representing an established Veterinary Practice in Dewsbury that requires a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join the team as Clinical Director.  

Offering an attractive compensation package of up to £95,000, depending on experience (pro rata for part-time roles), along with a relocation allowance of up to £5,000 and access to temporary on-site accommodation.  

Expenses for interviews will be covered. 

About the Practice:

  • As the Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the practice, working alongside a dedicated senior leadership team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Undertake a diverse clinical role, including surgery and consultations.

  • Mentor colleagues and set clinical and professional objectives.

  • Contribute to steering the practice towards excellence and growth.

  • Balance managerial duties with a hands-on approach to clinical work.

  • A typical full-time role involves working 4 days per week (08:00 – 18:00) with no out-of-hours or bank holiday requirements.
