Lead and develop Practice
Lloyd & Cowan is a Specialist Veterinary Recruitment Consultancy, and we are working closely with a purpose-built veterinary practice in Braintree, who are seeking to appoint a Clinical Director.
The Practice & position:
Lead amazing practice team and support future development.
The ideal candidate will be confident in carrying out routine surgeries and be interested in mentoring new graduates as well as maintaining and improving clinical standards.
Would also accept applications from an experienced Vet who is looking to develop into a Clinical Director role.
Flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours offers a balance that truly flexes with you and your lifestyle no matter what stage you are in your career.
4 days a week rota.
You will also work a share of 1:4 Saturday mornings between 8 am – 1 pm, with no out-of-hours requirement.
Facilities including digital radiography, dental, ultrasonography and investigating laparoscopy.
Settled team of experienced Vets, RVN’s all with a wealth of experience.
The Team includes certificate holders.
Requirement:
Degree in Veterinary Surgery
Registered with the RCVS
Experienced Vet at a senior level within a Practice
Remuneration:
Up to £75k salary
£5000 relocation support
£5000 joining bonus
CPD allowance
6.6 weeks holidays
