Key Responsibilities:
Lead and collaborate with the practice team to achieve clinical and financial goals.
Undertake clinical duties including surgeries and consultations.
Mentor and support team members, setting clinical objectives and promoting best practices.
Oversee the clinical and financial performance.
Promote patient welfare and maintain high clinical standards.
Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in patient and client care.
