Excellent Opportunity for a Lead Vet - NoOOH (Lancashire)
We are now searching for an experiencedVet who is looking for the next step in their career. This is an excellent opportunityto undertake a management role whilst retaining your clinical skills. The staffwithin this practice are supportive and friendly and looking forward to welcomingtheir new Lead Vet.
The Lead Vet role will involvementoring and supporting other Veterinary surgeons while leading a smallclinical team, to include working with the Practice Manager in setting clinicalstandards within the practice. There is also a possibility of furtherdevelopment within the practice, which would hope to be achieved over the nextcoupe of years. This is a busy practice, with a varied small animal caseload,which would ideally suit someone with an interest in medicine and who possessesgood/confident surgical skills.
This is a full-time role - 40 hours perweek to include 1:2 Saturday mornings - currently worked over a four & ahalf day week - no OOH or on-call. The rota can be amended to fit the rightcandidate.
A competitive Salary and bonus schemeare in place for this position.
