This busy and well-established veterinary hospital in Essex is looking to welcome an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to its large and highly skilled team.

With a team of 13 vets, experienced RVNs, dedicated day and night teams, and access to advanced diagnostics including CT and endoscopy, this is an excellent opportunity for a vet who enjoys working cases up thoroughly and wants exposure to a diverse and interesting caseload.

The Role

This position would suit an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with strong medical and diagnostic skills who enjoys managing cases through to completion.

You'll be joining a busy hospital environment where no two days are the same and where you'll have the opportunity to work alongside a large and supportive clinical team.

Applicants should have:

• Minimum 3 years' UK small animal experience
• Confidence with routine surgery and consultations
• Strong internal medicine and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to manage occasional sole charge
• Excellent communication and client care skills

The Rota

• 4-day week
• 1 in 6 full weekends
• 1 in 6 Saturdays only
• Part-time applications also considered
