Veterinary Surgeon- Established Practice/ No OOH/ Progression

  • Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE

  • £5,000 Welcome Bonus

  • Up to £5,000 Relocation Allowance

A small friendly veterinary practice in Newbury is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their amazing team. The role will involve a mix of consulting and surgery, allowing the candidate to provide excellent service to clients and their pets while working up cases thoroughly with clinical freedom and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mix of consulting and surgery in a practice with a varied caseload.

  • Provide excellent service to clients and their pets.

  • Work up cases thoroughly with clinical freedom and autonomy.

  • Support from an experienced team of Vets and RVNs.

Work-Life Balance:

  • Full-time position working 38 hours over four days with 1 in 4 Saturdays and no OOH.

  • Flexible approach for both full or part-time applicants.

  • Willingness to work together to find a rota that works for the candidate.
