Actively recruiting a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join esteemed and supportive team at modern, well-equipped facility based in Luton.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct consultations and surgeries with a focus on excellence in patient care.
Contribute to clinical meetings and ward rounds to ensure the highest standards of practice.
Continuously develop professional skills through CPD and certifications.
Practice Facilities:
RCVS accredited and cat-friendly with separate cat and dog wards.
Well-equipped with 5 consult rooms, a theatre, diagnostic room, digital x-ray, ultrasound, video endoscope, full IDEXX in-house laboratory, K-Laser, blood pressure machine, and multiparameter monitor.
Work-Life Balance:
4-day week with 20-minute consults, an early finish day.
Saturday rota of 9am to 4pm on a 1:3 basis.
Prioritise work-life balance and do not require Sundays or sole charge responsibilities.
Benefits:
Competitive salary up to £60k (pro rata).
Annual leave of 28 days including bank holidays (increasing with service).
CPD allowance up to Certificate level with 5 days CPD leave.

No OOH responsibilities.
Paid professional memberships (RCVS, VDS, BVA).
