Here at Lloyd & Cowan Veterinary Recruitment, we are working with a friendly and professional veterinary practice in Feltham, West London, who are seeking to appoint a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon.

Well-equipped surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards. Practice is bright, spacious and air-conditioned and has state of the art equipment including digital X-ray, ultrasound, separate Dog, Cat and Exotic wards, and in-house laboratory facilities.

You will also work with our other experienced veterinary surgeon, sharing the caseload of surgeries and consultations. Exceptional nursing team bring with them a wealth of experience, are very involved in cases and are trained to perform Schedule 3 tasks.

Key abilities:

  • Comfortable with consultations and routine complex surgeries

  • The ability to provide preventative care to a loyal and returning client base

  • Ensure a high-quality of veterinary care with modern equipment

  • Provide support and guidance to less experienced Vets

Shift pattern:

  • The role is full time, 4 days per week with Saturday mornings shared

  • There is no on call, Sundays or bank holiday requirements

Requirements:

  • Registered with the RCVS, or meet the requirements

  • Supportive & caring individual

  • Seeking either experienced or Graduate Vet

  • Salary from £37k to £55k
