The Role
This permanent, full-time role involves working 40 hours per week over four days, with 1:3 Saturday mornings and no out-of-hours duties. Part-time applications are welcome, and flexible arrangements can be considered.

Recently rebranded, the clinic offers a welcoming, modern workspace. South Wootton combines a tranquil village setting with easy access to Kings Lynn, Cambridge, and the beautiful Norfolk coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication about patient care and treatment plans.
- Prepare tailored, accurate care plans with clear cost estimates.
- Mentor and develop the team, enhancing skills and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, practice, and operational standards.
- Share and implement clinical best practices within the team and broader network.
What We’re Looking For
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- Strong clinical and client care skills.
- Proven experience working as part of a cohesive team.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Commitment to driving clinical excellence and supporting nurse-led services.
- Skilled in coaching and influencing to bring out the best in colleagues.
What’s on Offer
- Salary £40,000 - £72,000 per year (DOE)
