We are delighted to be representing a vibrant, forward-thinking small animal practice in Bournemouth, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a genuinely supportive and fun team environment.

The Role

Full-time (40 hours) over 4 days – part-time considered

1 in 4 Saturday mornings with two vets on site

No out-of-hours, Sundays, bank holidays, or sole charge

Varied medical and surgical caseload with access to advanced imaging and orthopaedic services

This role suits a confident GP vet who enjoys working cases up thoroughly while being part of a positive, team-driven environment.
Facilities & Team
The practice operates across two well-equipped sites in Bournemouth and Poole, with a diverse caseload and certificate holders in areas including diagnostic imaging, exotics, and rehabilitation. A CT suite and modern equipment allow for excellent case continuity in-house.
You’ll be supported by a large, experienced team of vets, RVNs, student nurses, and dedicated support staff, all working collaboratively to deliver exceptional care. The practice also holds accreditation with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
