We at Lloyd & Cowan are delighted to be working with a practice who are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to support the existing veterinary team with their complex case-load.

They are led by their JVPs, who set up the practice in 2012, and they are supported by their Head, Practice Manager, and the rest of their committed, enthusiastic management team.

Ideal Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you will be a dynamic and proactive Veterinary Surgeon with solid medical and surgical skills. Experience in ECC will be essential. Key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the role, delivering excellent patient and client care. You will be a strong team player and enjoy the variety the role will bring. If you are keen to develop within your own area of interest, they offer a generous CPD allowance.
Role:
Day Vet
Permanent 40hrs
1 in 4 weekends, 35hr, 4 day (Mon-Fri) rota
Mix of surgical, consulting (30min - sick consults only, not vaccine apps), hospital inpatient and day ECC shifts depending on experience/interest, no OOH, no sole charge
Experienced Vet = 4/6yrs+ sought
Needs to have at least 2+yrs experience working in UK
Complex, interesting and challenging caseload supported by Certificate holders in both veterinary and RVN teams
Vets with interest, experience, certs also welcome to apply (existing or wanting to study for) - Ophthalmology, Dermatology or Surgery
