​Our client is currently seeking a Veterinary Surgeon in the Mapperley area of Nottinghamshire to join their expanding, fast paced team of small animal practitioners.
Their team prides themselves on always providing the highest level of care- to both patients and customers alike, and as a result they have grown their client base extensively! 


About them:

As well as being located close to the beautiful Peak District, their practice boasts bright, spacious and modern facilities. This includes their in-house digital x-ray, labs, separate wards- for dogs, cats and rabbits to name a few. They are proud to have their own laparoscopy equipment, and this enables them to have the capacity to regularly perform laparoscopic spays and cystoscopy. 

The current team consists of 6 veterinary surgeons all with a huge range of experience. Many of our surgeons hold (or are working towards) certificates and this includes an ECC cert, Medical Cert, Laparoscopy and Surgical cert. As a result, they have a huge variety in terms of caseloads each day and you would have the opportunity to work within this fast-paced environment. 

Their surgeons work alongside a fantastic team of dedicated RVNs with a team size of 6 and a knowledgeable support team of 7 receptionists. 

Their focus is excellent client care, with their main priority on pet welfare standards whilst enjoying working in a team environment with likeminded individuals. So, if you are a confident vet who is looking for a care driven, varied and team focused surgery, then this practice is may be the one for you!-Will consider recent / new graduates!


This role is full time (40 hours per week) with a 1 in 5 weekend rota (Saturday 9am-3pm & Sunday 10am-4pm.) No OOH.
