Veterinary Surgeons Wanted
West London | Brand New Purpose Built Clinic Opening August 2026
£50,000 to £70,000 DOE | 4 Day Week | No OOH

Imagine joining a clinic before the doors even open.

This is an opportunity to be part of launching a completely new veterinary site in West London, helping shape everything from the clinical culture and team dynamic through to the standards of care and future growth of the practice itself.

This new hospital style clinic is being heavily invested in from day one and is set to become one of the flagship sites within the region.

The setup is impressive. Think spacious, modern and genuinely built around making life easier for both vets and patients, with access to:

• CT scanner & advanced imaging facilities
• Dedicated orthopaedic theatre
• 4 operating theatres
• Separate imaging and dental suites
• 8 consult rooms
• Large prep and ward spaces
• High quality in house diagnostics

The team are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with at least 3 years experience who enjoys being a true all rounder. This is not a consult only role and equally not one where you’ll be stuck doing the same thing every day. You’ll see a proper mix of surgery, medicine, imaging, dentals and inpatient care within a busy but well supported environment.

There is also huge scope to develop areas of personal interest. Whether you’re leaning towards surgery, imaging, medicine or leadership longer term, the group are keen to invest in vets who want to progress and grow with the clinic.

What makes this role stand out is the chance to genuinely influence the environment around you. Instead of stepping into an already established culture, you’ll be helping create it alongside the Head Vet and wider leadership team.

The rota has also been designed properly around work life balance:

  • 4 day week

  • Average 39 hours

  • 1 in 4 weekends

  • Dedicated admin time built into shifts

  • No out of hours

Location wise, it offers excellent access into Central London while still being close to greener residential areas, giving a nice balance between city and suburban living.

Package includes a highly competitive salary depending on experience alongside funded CPD, memberships, wellbeing support, enhanced family leave, discounts and long term progression opportunities.

Opportunities to join a brand new, highly invested clinic like this do not come around often, particularly within a group willing to genuinely support clinical growth and progression.
