Veterinary Surgeon/ Small Animal Vet required to work at an modern established Veterinary Hospital in the Skipton area. Super friendly and supportive team. Top quality, modern medicine, and surgery. The Practice & position:

  • The role will include a good mix of consulting and operating with consultations

  • Joining an experienced and clinically strong team and be fully supported by multi-disciplinary certificate holders.

  • Access to a wide range of specialists.

  • Due to the expertise within the teamwork up own cases and seeing things through to completion.

  • Flexibility with shift patterns.

  • Happy to explore candidates that have an interest in a senior role, with the potential of offering clinical directorship.

  • If you have an interest in orthopaedics can offer an excellent caseload for this.

  • The Veterinary Hospital has been providing care for over 45 years and is a referral centre.

  • In-house laboratory, ECG, digital x-ray, rigid and flexible endoscopy, ultrasound with colour flow Doppler, 24-hour on-site nursing care, CPD and further qualifications encouraged.

  • Experienced team of 6 Vets that includes certificate holders.

  • A salary up to £72,000 DOE, including a welcome bonus of up to £5000 (pro rata) as well as up to £5000 for relocation assistance.
