Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are delighted to be working with a practice who's new leadership team are seeking enthusiastic vet surgeons to apply to join their surgery. The ideal candidate will be excited by the opportunity to influence the shape and direction of the branch and to collectively build on the team and its facilities. You will see a great mix of both routine, medical and surgical cases to enable a productive case-load and are open to investment in equipment to support specific areas of interest.

Discover a package tailored to you

-    A salary of up to £70,000.
-    A welcome bonus of £10,000 (pro rata).
-    Relocation support of up to £7500.
-    Flexible working that is truly flexible. A typical full time role would be between 35 to 40 hours per week, including Saturday working on a maximum of a 1 in 4 rota basis. Your weekday working week would be split over 4, set days and would be between the hours of 8.30am and 6.15pm.

This practice has an established team of an experienced RVN, Kennel Assistant and a receptionist who will welcome a dynamic and experienced vet to join them. Initially, the role entails sole charge working however team growth is anticipated to allow for an expansion of services. They can consider applications from those looking for both full and part time roles but they are open to discuss particular working pattern requests. They understand the requirement for flexibility within our industry and are delighted to have the infrastructure to nurture this.
