Lloyd & Cowan is a specialist Veterinary Recruitment Consultancy who are delighted to be representing an established Modern Independent Practice based in the Reigate area in Surrey who are actively recruiting an experienced Veterinary Surgeon.
The Position & Practice
Independent Practice that has been established in the Reigate area with a good client base.
Loyal experienced Veterinary Team that includes Certificate Holders, RVN’s and RCVS Tier 2 status. further qualifications and CPD are actively encouraged.
Well equipped and work to a high standard of care, offering orthopaedics, laparoscopy, endoscopy, ultrasono-graphy, acupuncture and laser therapy, as well as in house laboratory.
The Vet must be competent in sole charge as well a range of surgical procedures.
Offer 15-minute appointments and own OOH emergency service to all the clients that each Vet equally shared rota.
Working hours vary across the week with some 5pm finishes, as well as time off around your on-call night with a 2pm start and 12pm finish the next day.
Admin time is factored into the scheduling of appointments so that your finish time is correct as worklife balance is very important.
This entails no more than 1 night a week on call.
