Looking for a role where you’ll feel genuinely supported, have room to grow, and be part of something building again? This could be a really exciting move.
A large, well-equipped hospital in the Ilford area is returning to independent, vet-led ownership and is now looking to grow its veterinary team. With a loyal client base already in place and real momentum behind the relaunch, it’s a great time to come in and make your mark.
The Role
This is a full-time position with a strong focus on work life balance:
- 4 day working week
- Light weekend rota
- No out of hours or on-call
You’ll be working within a busy hospital environment, supported by an experienced and well-established team, including strong RVN and support staff.
The Practice
This is more than just a standard first opinion clinic. As a hospital site, you’ll have access to a varied and interesting caseload, with the support of a wider network of certificate-holding vets across multiple disciplines including surgery, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, dermatology, neurology and exotics.
There’s a real emphasis on collaboration and case discussion, so you’re never left feeling on your own. The team is known for being down to earth, supportive, and genuinely invested in delivering high clinical standards.
They’re also open-minded when it comes to development. Whether you have a specific clinical interest or are looking to progress further, there is full support for CPD and certificate funding, along with investment into equipment where needed.
What’s on Offer
- Salary up to £75,000 DOE
- £2,000 CPD allowance
- Full certificate support
- 5.6 weeks annual leave
- No OOH and a light weekend rota
- Visa Sponsorship support
- Additional perks and benefits
This is a great opportunity for a vet looking to join a progressive, supportive team where you can develop clinically while enjoying a balanced rota.
