Looking for a genuinely independent practice where you can have a say in how things are done?
We’re working with a growing small animal practice in Harlow that has built a strong reputation since opening and is now looking for a 10th vet to join the team.
You’d be joining a team of around 9 vets, 12 RVNs and 35 staff overall, with a busy and varied caseload, strong surgical exposure and a real focus on vets being able to follow their own cases through.
This would suit someone with around 3-5 years’ experience, although they’re open to the right person with a strong clinical base.

They’ve also recently introduced a nurse-led out-of-hours system. Vets currently provide back-up approximately 1 in 2 weeks, with around 1 in 8 weekends on-call when working the Saturday and Sunday. The aim is to keep stable inpatients in overnight where appropriate, without unnecessarily pulling vets back into the practice.
Harlow is also a practical location with easy access towards London, Cambridge and Stansted, without needing to work right in the middle of the city.
