If you’re looking for a genuinely stable small animal team, strong clinical support and easy access to Glasgow without working right in the city, this could be a great option.
Based just outside Glasgow, you’ll join a growing 11-vet practice with very low staff turnover, a highly experienced team and a strong reputation for supporting people properly.
The practice has also been recognised for exactly that, winning Practice of the Year and Supportive Practice of the Year.
The Team
This is a large, established team led by Practice Owners Ciara and Melanie, with:

4 receptionists
Most of the clinical team have between 3 and 18 years’ experience, so there’s a real depth of knowledge around you day to day.
It’s also a very sociable team outside of work, with things like running club and yoga already part of the culture.
Flexibility
The practice is open to both full-time and part-time vets from around 30 hours upwards.
Weekends are shared fairly, with full-time vets working around 1.5 weekends in 8, while part-time team members can be closer to 1 in 10.
There is no OOH.
Development
The team genuinely invests in career development and is happy to support further qualifications.
There are currently vets working towards certificates in areas including exotics and internal medicine, and both CPD and certificate support are actively encouraged.
So whether you’re an experienced vet looking to mentor others, or someone who wants to keep developing clinically, there’s room to shape the role around you.
