Based in Wigan, with easy access to Manchester and Liverpool, you’ll join a busy, well-supported practice with a strong clinical team, an interesting caseload and plenty of scope to develop your own interests.

There’s no fixed rota or set pattern they need you to fit into. The team are open to discussing what you want your working week to look like, with just a 1 in 5 Saturday rota from 9am to 3pm alongside your weekday hours.
The Practice
You’ll be joining a well-established team of:

5 receptionists

3 VCAs
The nursing team is particularly strong, with several advanced qualifications across anaesthesia, ECC and feline nursing.
The practice has a busy and varied caseload, with a real focus on gold-standard patient care, evidence-based medicine and making sure clinicians have the time to do the job properly.
A Better Day-to-Day Setup
Consults are generally 20 to 30 minutes, which gives you proper time with patients and clients.
There are also nurse-led consults and dedicated admin time built into the diary every day, helping make sure everyone can finish on time rather than carrying paperwork into the evening.
That structure, combined with the flexible rota, makes this a genuinely attractive option for someone looking for a better work-life balance without sacrificing clinical exposure.
Development
The caseload is strong enough to support further clinical development, and the practice is happy to encourage you to build your own interests.
