Our client, Vet and Joint Venture Partner is looking forward to welcoming another enthusiastic vet to join his team. You will be joining a team of 3 experienced vets, one of which is a certificate holder in medicine.
Location:
The surgery is based in the beautiful county of Somerset which boasts a variety of landscape, architecture and culture. Taunton itself also has much to offer from shopping, entertainment and dining perspectives and is just under 2 hours from London by rail, with the train station an easy walk from the practice and so is the County Cricket Ground!
As an established surgery and with recent extension within a renovated "Store of the Future". The surgery has a loyal local client base with a high percentage of insured pets and a visiting team of orthopaedic specialists.
Working Hours:
This role is full time working 1 in 6 weekends (Sat 9-5 and Sun 10:30-4) with a 4 day week and a fixed weekday off every week. No OOH are required for this role meaning an excellent work/life balance!
Ideal Candidate:
Ideally you should be experienced and confident with all routine surgery and medical cases, but support can be given for those candidates that are looking for career/skill development.
