Veterinary Surgeon- Established Independent Practice/ Up to £60k

Therefore, we are delighted to be working with an Independent Veterinary Practice in the Bedfordshire area, who are seeking to appoint a Veterinary Surgeon. Established for over 15 years, modern with state-of-the-art equipment, Certificate Holders and work across 2 Practices.

Offer exceptional first opinion care with medical and surgical advanced procedures all taking place in house.

Supportive team of qualified vets and nurses and are continuing to build an expanding team with a variety of students and experienced staff.

Key abilities:

  • They are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced veterinary surgeon who enjoys a busy and varied case load.

  • They must be a team player and enjoy working cases up to a high level and provide a high standard of both patient and customer care.

  • They are looking for a vet who is able and confident with all routine surgeries and first opinion consults; certificate holders also encouraged to join the team.

Requirements:

  • Registered with the RCVS

  • Consult and surgery experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • Team player

Remuneration:

  • Salary up to £60k

  • 35 hours per week over 4 days

  • Saturdays on a rota basis

  • CPD £1000 funded

  • 28 days holiday

  • Mental health day off

  • Sick pay

  • Birthday off

  • Certificates supported and funded
